What is a Serviced Apartment?

It is a fully furnished accommodation available for both short-term and medium -term stays. Providing all the comfort of Hotel amenities and more. The Serviced Apartments typically include a fully fitted kitchen, cooking utensils, Iron /Ironing board, wash machine / dryer, free internet, flat screen TV and have weekly housekeeping. Secure parking is available on request. Serviced apartments therefore include all of the convenience of hotel rooms at a cheaper rate but provide the same standards of a hotel rooms but with lot more space.

What’s included in the rate?

The rates shown are per apartment per night and include all utilities and local taxes. Extras cost may incur for car parking extra beds and other facilities. Please see the apartment listing for available extras.

Are the apartments furnished?

All apartments are fully furnished. Each includes a TV, refrigerator, washing machine/dryer, cutlery, towels, linen and sofa bed. For more details refer to the Amenities section for the particular listing.

What method of payment do you accept?

A valid credit card is needed to guarantee your reservation. Our secure booking system accepts, Visa, MasterCard, Pay pal, American Express, Maestro, Laser . Please note that in some cases we might accept cheques, Electronic Funds Transfer and cash payment.

Is parking available?

In most cases parking is available. Under the Amenities Section you can see what kind of parking ( garage, on street parking) facility is available.

Can I cancel or change my reservation?

If canceled or modified 14 days prior to arrival no charges will be administered If canceled or modified within 14 to 7 days prior to arrival 15% of the total cost of the stay will be charged. If canceled or modified within 7 to 2 days prior to arrival 30% of the total cost of the stay will be charged. If canceled or modified within 48 hours prior to arrival 50% of the total cost of the stay will be charged. For all stays less than 7 x nights, if cancelled or modified within 24 hours prior to arrival the full amount of the stay will be charged. For group bookings the minimum notice period is 4 weeks from the arrival due date, if less the cancellation charge per apartment is treated as a 48 hours notice prior to the arrival due date.

Where do I find the contact details for the property?

If you don’t find the information you need under the policies and amenities section on property listing on our website. Please don’t hesitate to contact Customer Service team by phone or email, and we will be happy to help with your booking. If you have already booked, you can find the property’s contact details in your booking confirmation letter or email .

Can a booking be extended?

Subject to availability, a booking may be extended. If you need to extend your stay it will be necessary to contact us as soon as possible so that we can arrange to have your booking extended were possible. Please contact our reservation team.

Note : If your apartment is booked for your intended extension, we may be able to offer an alternative apartment in a similar location.

Can the property supply an extra bed or child’s cot?

Yes, a foldaway bed, child’s cot or high chair is available at most apartments. Additional charges may apply. For more details refer to the Amenities section for the particular listing or contact our customer service team.

Is there a minimum or maximum period for a booking?

The minimum period of booking is shown on each apartment listing. This can vary from 1 night, to 7 nights and occasionally up to 3 months. There is rarely a maximum period for a booking. If there is a maximum period this will be shown in the apartment listing.
