Can I cancel or change my reservation?

Our cancellation policy is set out below; however, this might vary because we act as agent for a number of provider their cancellation policy may differ from our own.

This means that the cancelation is subject to the listing’s Ts & Cs. Depending on the listing this can be free of charge or a fee is applied if the guest decide to cancel or make changes to his/her booking. This fee is mentioned in the listings in terms & conditions section and in your confirmation letter

The specific cancellation policy should be requested at the time of booking and will be stated on the confirmation letter.

City break apartments reserves the right to treat an early departure or reduction in the number of nights or apartments booked as a cancellation and apartments may be re- let and cancellation charges will apply. Non-arrivals will be treated as a cancellation and you will not be entitled to any refunds.

Please note that transaction fees are not refundable in the event of a cancellation.

Cancellation charges relate to the date prior to arrival when we are notified of the cancellation and will determine the cancellation charges incurred according to the conditions below. If canceled or modified 14 days prior to arrival no charges will be processed If canceled or modified within 14 to 7 days prior to arrival 15% of the total cost of the stay will be charged. If canceled or modified within 7 to 2 days prior to arrival 30% of the total cost of the stay will be charged. If canceled or modified within 48 hours prior to arrival 50% of the total cost of the stay will be charged. For all stays less than 7 x nights, if cancelled or modified within 24 hours prior to arrival the full amount of the stay will be charged.

P.S. For group bookings the minimum notice period is 4 weeks from the arrival due date, if less the cancellation charge per apartment is treated as a 48 hours notice prior to the arrival due date.
